I don’t work with leadership as a concept.

I work with behaviour.

What people actually do,

not what they intend to do.

Most engineering managers don’t lack leadership knowledge.

They’ve read the books.
Taken the courses.

But in the moment, they do something else.

They step in.
They hold on.
They wait.
They avoid.

Not because they lack knowledge.

Because the behaviour still feels logical while it’s happening.

That’s what I focus on.

We look at what’s actually happening.

What you repeat.
What you avoid.
What you don’t let go of.

That’s where the pattern is.

And once you see it,
you stop repeating it.

I’ve worked with engineering managers in complex environments.

Where expectations are high.
Where decisions matter.
Where stepping back is harder than it sounds.

The work is always the same.

Making behaviour visible while it’s happening.

If you want to understand what’s actually happening,

we can look at it together.

No preparation.
No commitment.
